CAREER COACHING
We spend so many hours of our life working. Whether we're in a workspace or working from home, the work that we do defines a large part of our life!
In these focused sessions, we will work to help you identify your God-given strengths and passions and how that feeds into what you want to do next. From there, we will determine the path to get there.
Career coaching sessions will examine your dreams, your fears, you strengths and your passions to allow you to create a plan to achieve your career goals. This program includes a resume review or re-write (whichever applies to you), tips on how to navigate a job offer and tips on how to transition to your new career with professionalism and polish.

FINANCIAL COACHING
According to the American Psychological Association, money is the top cause of stress for many Americans. In fact, 72 percent of Americans reported feeling stressed about money at least some time in the prior month. The effects of this stress go further than the checkbook. Stress can negatively affect health and even contribute to chronic health problems such as diabetes and heart disease. If this is you, there's an answer.
Financial coaching helps you learn how to budget, develop a plan to pay off debt and transition to using your income as your primary wealth building tools. Additional resources such as learning about insurance options and retirement planning can also be discussed. Sessions will be scheduled twice monthly to allow full utilization of tools and learning from processes implemented.

LIFEÂ COACHING
Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations.
In these focused sessions, we'll walk through the steps to help you learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.

Life coaching sessions examine your life goals, what's stopping you from reaching them and start working a plan to fulfill your dreams. We'll also take a look at how your relationships are impacting the life you dream about for yourself.

EXECUTIVE COACHING
Designed exclusively for executives and those with a career path into a senior-level leadership role.
After identifying gap areas through a personalized assessment, we'll create and work through a plan to close those gaps over the course of a 6-month structured partnership. Once these gaps are closed, you will be able to continue to grow in other areas.

After an initial discovery call, we will determine the validity of the program against your goals before initiating the engagement.
